• Gallery and Camera Access: To facilitate image and document uploads in the Scrodrive App, we may request access to your device's gallery and camera. This access is essential for the app's intended functionality, including profile picture selection, setting of service engineers, and capturing images of repaired machines for clarity. We want to assure you that we do not share pictures with any third party, except as explicitly provided under this Privacy Policy. Your privacy and the security of your images are of utmost importance to us.
• GPS Location: We collect GPS location data to improve your user experience and offer location-based services in the Scrodrive App. This information enables customers to view nearby service engineers, enhancing service quality and efficiency. 
• SMS Permission: Scrodrive may request access to your SMS messages for specific purposes, such as verifying your phone number or facilitating communication within the app. This access is strictly limited to the required functionality and is not used for any other purposes. Additionally, we may automatically fill in verification details during financial transactions, either through our platform or a third-party service provider, as permitted by applicable law.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Providing Services: We utilize your personal information to create and manage your Scrodrive account, facilitate communication between gig workers and gig job creators, and enable seamless app functionality.

• Communication: We may use your contact information to send important notifications, updates, and promotional offers related to the Scrodrive App. You have the option to opt out of such communications at any time.

Even after your account is terminated, we will retain your Protected Information and Usage Information (including geo-location, service calls history, and transaction history) as needed to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, conclude any activities related to cancellation of an account, investigate or prevent fraud and other inappropriate activity, to enforce our agreements, and for other business reason. After passage of a certain period of time, your data may be made anonymous and aggregated and then may be held by us as long as necessary for us to provide our Services effectively, but our use of the anonymized data will be solely for analytic purposes.
